At Twin Threads Studio, we strive to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be able to process requests in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
